only ones I remember at those ages is cleaning rooms but at some offices downtown on the weekends for extra cash and studying.

Seriously, though, I worry about people who stop improving or get too complacent. For me that’s a sign of depression. Including retirement (unless you’re doing full-time charity work or something.)
